Before you write

We take on four or five houses a year and are typically booked twelve to eighteen months ahead. Our smallest recent project was a little over two million; we say that plainly because it saves everybody a difficult conversation later.

If you already have an architect, say so — we work happily alongside one and would rather join early than inherit a finished set of drawings. If you do not, we can suggest three or four whose work we know.
